How we work

We explain before we recommend

Each guide starts with how the product category works and which features matter, so readers can judge the options themselves.

We compare on facts readers can check

We compare options on published prices (including renewal prices after any introductory offer), plan limits, contract terms, cancellation, and support. We link to the provider's own pages so readers can verify the details.

Commissions do not decide rankings

We do not accept payment for placement or for reviews. Where a product we do not earn from is the better fit, we say so.

We date and update our guides

Every guide shows when it was last reviewed. We recheck guides when prices or terms change.

We correct mistakes

If you find an error, email hello@roomtoreason.com. We fix it and note the change on the page.
